The Groom Mate TrimIT is a very popular hand powered model.  A lot of people will like this, though some won't, but ultimately it's a matter of personal preference.  Since it must be manually operated, expect to spend more time operating it.  However, since it is hand powered you never have to replace batteries, and with the included hand brush, this is an easy nose hair trimmer to clean.  The biggest downside about the Groom Mate TrimIT is the high price.  But it is a high quality nose hair trimmer, so if you're willing to spend a bit more you still get a good value.  Like other hand powered nose hair trimmers, it does not work as well at cutting ear hair.  If you want a similar but cheaper model, check out the Tweezerman Deluxe nose hair clipper.
