The Panasonic ER412BC is one of the older Panasonic nose hair trimmers still available.  It's also one of the more popular Panasonic models, which is a bit surprising considering there are better ones available.  Many people are no doubt drawn to its discount price and compact size.  However, it's priced cheaply for a reason.  Not only does it not trim nose or ear hair as closely as many nose hair trimmers, but it also has a tendency to fall apart.  The blade is prone to malfunctioning and wearing out, and the power switch can be unresponsive.  It's hard to recommend the ER412BC, though if you decide to buy this nose hair trimmer and are lucky enough to keep it working for a couple of years or more, you will be getting a great value because of the low price.
