Normally when you use a nose or ear hair trimmer, the clipping will fall into the sink or onto the floor.  If you value a clean bathroom, this Panasonic nose hair trimmer is highly recommended.  The Panasonic ER430K contains a vacuum, so you never have to worry about causing a mess while you trim.  It's also very easy to rinse the head, making maintenance a snap.  And if you are traveling, you can put your nose and ear hair trimmer in the included carrying case.  Because this trimmer uses a vacuum, it does require more power, so be prepared to spend a little more money replacing the AA battery.  Also realize that this model has an unusual head angle of 60 degrees, which means that it will not cut your nose and ear hairs as short as some other trimmers.  Overall, this is a very good trimmer, although somewhat expensive.
