The Philips Norelco NT9110 Precision is a fantastic nose hair trimmer, and would be rated higher if not for its higher rate of failure.  For all its upsides, this nose hair trimmer is more fragile than most, so be extra careful not to drop it.  However, this is partially offset by a 60 day money back guarantee as well as a two year warranty.  As long as its working though, the NT9110 Precision does a great job of trimming nose hair, ear hair, and even eyebrows.  Norelco's Tube Shave technology uses a miniature trimming head, which is more efficient than traditional foil shaving.  The result is a very close trim, but with no danger of nicks or pulled hairs.  It's also powerful enough to be used as an effective eye brow trimmer, and includes two trimming combs.  Even though this nose hair trimmer is not the most reliable model, at a suggested retail price of $14.99 you are getting a great value for perhaps the closest trimming model on the market.
