This Wahl nose and ear hair trimmer comes packed with extras.  With three head attachments, you can choose a detail, reciprocating or rotary head for hair removal, as well as the eyebrow guide comb.  However, this Wahl nose hair trimmer works best for its original purpose -- to cut nose hair.  Even though it works as a fine nose and ear hair clipper, most users don't find the attachments to be very useful.  Unless you are pretty sure you will make use of the attachments, there are probably better models for your money.
